Gary passed peacefully at home surrounded by his wife of 50 years, his children and grandchildren.
We held his hand while he battled Waldenstrom Lymphoma, (a rare blood disorder), as we are now holding him in our hearts.
He loved his family and we most assuredly loved him. Gary was a wonderful man. I’d marry him again in an instant. He loved his country, proudly enlisting in the Air Force right out of high school.
He was successful personally and professionally. He committed wholeheartedly; taking pride in his service. And he devoutly loved God. He rose through the ranks of the Knights of Columbus endeavoring to help his brothers in Christ.
A Rosary will be said for the happy repose of his soul on Tuesday, July19, 2022 beginning at 6:00 at St. Paul Catholic Newman Center, 1572 E Barstow Ave. Fresno, CA 93722. A viewing will be held prior to the Rosary. A funeral mass will be offered at St. Paul Catholic Newman Center on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at 11:00 am.
Gary’s final resting place will be in the Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 2161 S. Fullerton Rd., Rowland Heights, California 91748. Graveside services will commence at 11am on Wednesday July 27, 2022
