Heather is survived by; daughter Harley Campbell; and son Cody Campbell; sister Jennifer Melton; uncle Norman Phillips and aunt Claudia Severin.
Heather was preceded in death by; mother Linda Melton and father Charles Melton.
A visitation for Heather will be held Thursday, February 1, 2018 from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Lisle Funeral Home, 1605 L Street, Fresno, CA 93721. A graveside will occur Friday, February 2, 2018 at 11:00 am at Fresno Memorial Gardens, 175 S. Cornelia Ave, Fresno, California 93706.
