Helen Escalante, age 81 years old, passed away in Clovis California with family surrounded by her side on Wednesday, January 15, 2025. Our loving Mother and Nana has entered eternal life in heaven with her six sisters, one brother and both parents.
Helen worked for Valley Children’s Hospital for 17 years as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She also worked for several years in the summer months for Pappas Produce Company.
Helen is survived by two Sons, John Escalante and Keith Escalante, Daughter in law Rebecca Escalante, three Grandchildren, Nick Escalante, Anthony Escalante, and Brianna Escalante. She has two Great Grandchildren, Apollo Escalante and Brooklyn Escalante.
Visitation will be Wednesday, January 29, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns and Blair Funeral Home Chapel- 836 E. Nees Ave. Fresno, California 93720. Rosary will begin at 7:00 PM after the visitation.
The funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church- 929 Harvard Ave. Clovis, California 93612 and burial to follow at Saint Peter’s Catholic Cemetery 264 N. Blythe Ave. Fresno, California 93706.
Helen will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her memory will live on in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of sharing in her life.
