

Ida was born to Jacob Weber and Katherine (Rodie) Weber on August 5, 1921, in Reedley, California. She joined her sister, Ruth and the rest of her family on November 3, 2011, shortly after celebrating her 90th birthday.
Her early years were spent living on a ranch run by her widowed mother and her siblings. She graduated from Reedley High School and Reedley College, entering the business world and spending 46 years at Pacific Gas and Electric Company as an Executive Secretary. She lived with her mother and sister, Ruth, throughout her life. Known by the family as "The Girls", she and Ruth cared for their mother until she passed away and continued the family unit participating in family celebrations and hosting dinners at their home. Ida was the decorator, hostess and peacemaker in the family.
She also loved her position at PG&E and spent years with the bowling teams. She enjoyed "junking" and looking for antiques and other treasures.
She was predeceased by her parents; her sisters, Lydia (Doris) Haynes, her twin, Edna Hullender and most recently, Ruth Weber; her brothers, Jack, August, Walter, Alex, and Reinhold Boas; her brothers-in-law, Bill Haynes and Woodrow Hullender; and sister-in-law, Ann Weber.
She is survived by her sister-in- law, Lydia Weber; nieces, Marjorie Sittner and husband Ronald, Kathleen Hinton and husband Dr. J. Philip A. Hinton of Fresno, Ca, and Carol Ann Weber of Las Vegas, Nv; nephews, Stanley Hullender and his wife, Vickie, Doug Weber and his wife, Stephanie of Bakersfield, Ca, and Kelly Hullender and his wife, Karen of Savannah, Ga; as well as numerous great and great great nieces and nephews.
Special thanks and appreciation go to Phil and Kathy for their overarching support for Ida's well being in all the moves and weekly visits to monitor and provide necessary care and to Nancy Kimura who attended to her basic needs and transported her to many appointments. Finally, commendations to the staff at Evergreen Court Residential Home, especially Christina and Selwa. They welcomed her with open arms and continued to accommodate her every need.
Visitation will be held at Lisle Funeral Home, on Friday, November 11, 2011, from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm.
A Graveside Service will be held in the Mausoleum at Fresno Memorial Gardens, on Saturday, November 12, 2011, at 1:00 pm.
