Joseph worked 19 years as a Senior Engineering Technician for the City of Fresno.
He is survived by his wife Suzanne Paff, Father William Paff and Brother John Paff.
Funeral Services will be held at Stephens and Bean Chapel, on Saturday, January 15, 2011, at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Belmont Memorial Park.
