Katherine a resident of Fresno passed away on April 11, 2014 at the age of 86. She was born on July 22, 1927 in Knoxville, Tennessee to William and Lessie Thurman. She is survived by her children Kathy Valenzuela, Deborah Salazar and husband Louie, Terry Sharkey, Marsha Reddy, eight grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Visitation will be held at Lisle Funeral Home on Thursday, April 24, 2014 from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm. Graveside service will be at Fresno Memorial Gardens on Friday, April 25, 2014 at 2:00 pm.
