Kenneth John Garcia was born on December 7th, 1963 to Jeanne A. Garcia (Mattingly) and Ruben Garcia in Fresno, California. “Kenny“ was one of four children with his younger brother Kevin F. Garcia preceding him in death.
He is survived by sister, Christine Danisi (Garcia), brother, Michael Garcia, brother by choice, Ronald Marquez, sister-in-law, Sandy Garcia, brother-in-law, John Danisi, nieces, nephews, and their spouses, Shawn Baker-Garcia and Greg Baker, Brandise and Jason Caszatt, Alexis Plasencia, Devan and Matt Valdez, Andrea Garcia, Jordan Plasencia, and Nick and Jenny Estrada, six great-nieces and nephews, many other members of his extended family, and innumerable friends, all of whom he loved very much.
Kenny was a beloved son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend. He sought adventure, and in his life enjoyed travels to Canada, Mexico, and in the United States visited places as diverse as Alaska and Washington, DC and many states in between. Kenny was a great paintballer, storyteller, video and board game enthusiast, voracious reader, and sci-fi film buff. He will be deeply missed, fondly remembered, and kept alive in our hearts forever.
