Larry Gene Edwards, born on January 25, 1947, passed away on February 16, 2025, at the age of 78. A resident of Fresno, California, Larry was known for his dedicated service to his country and community.
Larry served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War, demonstrating his commitment and bravery. Following his military service, he worked for over 20 years with the United States Postal Service, where he was recognized for his hard work and dedication.
Larry is survived by his loving daughters, Jana Parker, Stacy Short, and his mother Mildred Petrushkin. He was preceded in death by his brother, Daniel Edwards.
A Graveside service with Military Honors will be held on March 28, 2025, 12:30 pm at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery in Santa Nella California.
