Leslie Ann Jacobsen

She was the daughter of beloved Bette Ann Herz, Candy is survived by her siblings; William Cornelison of Scottsdale, Arizona and Bettina Mullin of Pacifica, California.

Candy attended Clovis High School, graduated in 1977 and then followed with a degree in Accounting from California State University, Fresno. She then went to National University and earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration/Human Resource Management which helped her attain her most current position at Certified Ad Services, Fresno, as a Human Resource Manager for the past 13 years.

A friend to all animals large and small, Candy's passion was her cats. She was an Approved Judge for The International Cat Association (TICA) since 2007 and a breeder of both Persians and Tonkinese under the cattery name of "Candicats." Candy was also the proud mom to a chocolate Labrador Retriever named Harley.

Candy had many, many friends who loved her and will miss her. She touched the lives of many people in both her professional and personal life with her genuine enthusiastic spirit. Her family would like to thank all those that visited during her illness.

Special thanks to the Rouff Family, Cat House on the Kings, Candy Templeton, Nita Cox, Vicky Nye, Jim, Gena Strang-Behrens, Chai in ICU, extraordinary nurses Savannah and Tara, and the loving hands of Sister Emily.

A Funeral Service will be held at the Stephens & Bean Chapel on Friday, January 13, 2012, at 2:00 p.m.
