She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Calixtro Rios.
Luis is survived by her sisters, Isabella Salinas, Odelia Lerma, Elisa Rodriguez, Corina Evaro, and Juanita Garcia; brothers, Carlos Rios, Jose Rios, and Robert Rios.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 17, 2015, at Tinkler Funeral Chapel & Crematory, 475 N Broadway Fresno, CA 93701, from 3:00pm to 7:00pm.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, September 18, 2015, at Tinkler Funeral Chapel & Crematory, at 1:00pm. Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery, Fresno, CA.
