I will always remember my Nina Maggie.  I remember her smile and happiness she always had about her.  When we would visit her and Rueben, she was always so happy to see us and then we would sit down and watch the 49ers and snack on sunflower seeds.  So many memories.  I love you Nina Maggie and miss you but I know you’re dancing with Rueben and the Lord now.  Your Goddaughter Rosie MaestasHoouli Olson.  🙏🙏♥️♥️

My condolences go out to all of you who loved Maggie, her family and friends. I taught with Maggie at Aynesworth Elementary. I remember her being such a sweet and friendly lady and I have happy memories of Maggie and the Aynesworth staff members eating lunch together in the staff room. Edith and I send our condolences to the Canales family.  Maggie I'll always remember your warm smile and heart filled greeting when we visited you and your family. I especially enjoyed the posted photos, they bring back great memories of our enjoyable visits.

Aunt Maggie in her high school senior picture.  I was in awe when I first saw this photo as a child.  I remember one day innocently telling her, “Wow, Aunt Maggie!  You looked pretty back then.”  She was taken aback, smiled and responded, “Well!  I don’t know if I should take that as a compliment or an insult.”  She laughed it off.  That day was the first and last day I ever said something ambiguous like that again to any woman.

They all look happy.

My deepest sympathy goes out to all the family.  I loved my Nina Maggie very much.  She was a good, kind, loving person.  She was someone whom everyone wanted to be around all the time.  She will be truly missed.  I love you Nina Maggie.  ❤️❤️

My condolences to my Primo Ruben and Familia. I didn't get to see you 2 very often since you were my Familia from Fresno but I did get to see you and Maggie for weddings and funerals unfortunately. Rest in Peace Maggie and give my Grandma and Dad a big hug from me Frances and Tony Chacon Frias

I have so many memories of my Aunt Maggie!  Spending summers shopping at the second hand store looking for treasures, going on adventures with her and Uncle Ruben.  I remember her always correcting my grammar and being so irritated that she did that.   English/Grammar were my best subjects in school.   She was very funny always had the quick comebacks when she didn't even seem to be listening to conversations.    I am so grateful to have had you in my life, happy you were able to meet my grandchildren.  I will miss you Aunt Maggie.  I know Uncle Ruben was waiting to greet you at those pearly gates.  I'm sure you are at a table with Ama, Apa, Uncle Victor, Tia  Hortencia, Uncle Joe and Tony Arias.  I know that was you who sent birdie to  knock on the window next to me when I was  crying  while gathering the clothes and items that you are wearing, letting me know that you were okay.   I will miss you.
