Marian attended Madison Elementary School in Fresno, and was a graduate of Central Union High School. Marian started as a bookkeeper and went on to manage and own the Convention Center Box Office in downtown Fresno.
Marian was a loyal volunteer for nearly 30 years at the American Cancer Society Discover Shop. George and Marian are Fresno natives and were early members of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. They were actively involved in the Horseless Carriage Club of America, as well as the Edison Social Club. Marians motto was always "laughter is the best medicine."
A Memorial Service will be held at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 5140 N. Fruit Avenue, Fresno, CA, on Monday, May 15, 2017, at 11:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in memory of Marian Weber be made to the American Cancer Society Discovery Shop, 2004 W. Bullard Avenue, Fresno, CA 93711; or the Leukemia Lymphoma Society, 340 W. Fallbrook Avenue, Ste. 101, Fresno, CA 93711.
