Marilyn passed away peacefully on June 25, 2013, in Fresno, California. She was born in Moline, Illinois, on March 25, 1927, and moved with her family to the State of Washington when she was 10. She graduated from Auburn Adventist Academy in 1945, and then moved to Glendale, California, where she worked at the Voice of Prophecy and met Bert D. Doyle. They married on March 26, 1949, at Forest Lawn in Glendale. In 1952 they moved to Fresno where he worked for Cal Trans and she volunteered at Fresno Adventist Academy.
She was preceded in death by her husband and is survived by her children, Dennis and Suzan.
Visitation will be held at Lisle Funeral Home on Sunday, June 30, 2013, from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
Services will be held at the Fresno Central Seventh-Day Adventist Church on Monday, July 1, 2013, at 10:00 am.
