Maryann was born on February 4, 1952 to Manuel and Marylou Olivas in Tuscon, Arizona. She passed away on January 23, 2012 in Fresno at the age of 59. Maryann retired from Kmart after 30 years as a cook in their deli.
Preceded her in death was her father Manuel Olivas.
She is survived by her mother, Marylou Olivas, her husband, Richard Martinez of Fresno, their children, Richard and Bobby Martinez, Barbara Carrillo, Joey and Paul Martinez and ten grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers and sisters, Manuel Olivas, Yolanda Alvarez, John and George Olivas, Becky Torres, Linda Vivian, Sam Olivas and Kathy Reynaga.
Viewing will be held at Lisle Funeral Home on Friday, January 27, 2012 starting at 10:00 am and followed by a rosary at 7:00 pm.
Mass of Christian Burial at St. Marys Queen Apostles on Saturday, January 28, 2012 at 10:00 am.
Interment St. Peter Cemetery.
