MaryAnn was a homemaker who loved to cook and sew. She never turned anyone away from her dinner table. MaryAnn's helpfulness was endless and her generosity knew no bounds. She was the Honorary Supreme Officer of the Portuguese Fraternal Society of America and was a member of The Brotherhood of St. Anthony. Her memory will always be in our hearts. MaryAnn is survived by her husband, Ernest Olivas; sons, Dennis Olivas and his wife Thelma, and Robert Olivas and his wife Beate; daughter, Ernestine Avoledo; grandchildren, Tim Hall and his wife Kyle, Brian Hall and his wife Beth, Gina Brown, Eli Olivas and Sarah and her husband Manuel Ramirez; granddaughter, Ingrid Olivas; eight great-grandchildren; and eight great great-grandchildren
Visitation will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home, on Monday, June 8, 2015, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. followed by Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, on Tuesday, June 9, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Peter's Cemetery.
