

BRINGETTO, MICHAEL WAYNE, 63, passed away unexpectedly after a protracted illness on Thursday morning. He is survived by his fiancée, Ana Fernandez, her daughter and son-in-law, Victoria De Leon and James Melgoza, his sister and brother-in-law Barbara Bringetto and Bill Pendleton, his brother and sister-in-law Victor Bringetto and Jan Bringetto, his daughter and son-in-law Gina Bringetto and Gregory Pletcher, his son and daughter-in-law Michael Bringetto Jr. and Camille Williams, as well as grandchildren. Michael was preceded in death by his parents Victor and Alberta Bringetto.
Michael grew up in the country, attended Madison Elementary School and Central Union High School. He attained numerous certifications from Fresno City College in the automotive industry. Later he became a National Institute of Automotive Service of Excellence Triple Master Certified Technician. At an early age he started driving tractors in the family vineyards then went on to work at the family’s auto parts and repair business in Rolinda for many years. Michael also ran a towing station for AAA.
Michael loved cars, as a small child he had a large track with cars set up in the living room, he was also fascinated with tractors. When he was a little older his father took him to Kearney Bowl to watch the hard tops races and it became a passion for him, he created a push truck club and he was also a member of the Studebaker Club. When he wasn’t working, you could easily find him at the race tracks, push starting sprint cars. He also enjoyed singing karaoke with Ana, he had a great voice, his favorite songs were Simple Man and El Paso but he did his best singing Amazing Grace
Visitation will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home on August 10, 2022 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm, a Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 am at the same Funeral Home on August 11, 2022 at 10:00am with burial to follow at Fresno Memorial Gardens on Cornelia and 180 Hwy
