Natalia Castillo Vasquez, 83, passed peacefully on September 28, 2023. She was born in Tamaulipas, Mexico, November 5, 1939. She was raised in Tamaulipas and then migrated to Texas where she met her husband of 65 years, Antonio Vasquez, and they later made a permanent home in Malaga, CA where she is preceded in death by her beloved husband Antonio Vasquez and many other relatives. Our mother and grandmother Natalia was loving, fierce, and tenacious. She was a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, Tia, cousin, and friend. She was a hard-working person and a devoted mother. Her devotion and LOVE to her FAMILY was NEVER ENDING! Cooking meals for all of her family was her joy. You could never enter her house without an offering of a meal, which was always the best meal you could eat. Natalia worked hard to give her children and grandchildren everything, the more she gave, the more she was blessed. She has instilled in her children and grandchildren the importance of love, care and faith.
Natalia is survived by her children, Teodoro Vasquez, (Gracie Vasquez) Hilaria Mendoza, (Carlos Mendoza) Antonio Vasquez, Jr. (Carolina Vasquez), Martina Subia and Rodolfo Cruz Vasquez (Angela Vasquez). Her 12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
