Panfilo was born in Sulmona, Italy on February 12, 1941 to Giuseppe and Anna Primavera.
In 1967 he and his wife Benedetta came to visit his sister and husband, Alberto and Enza Di Cicco and decided to stay and pursue the "American Dream". He went on to open several businesses with partners and in 1994 he and his wife founded Fiore Di Pasta to follow their passion of making authentic, high quality pasta like home. With determination and hard work he achieved his dream. Panfilo had a very strong work ethic but more importantly he had integrity and honesty.
But what he cherished most was his wife and family, especially his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Peppino Primavera; and father, Giuseppe Primavera. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Benedetta; his two sons, Anthony and wife Darlene and Panfilo Jr. and wife Missy; daughter-in-law Sharla; his mother, Anna; and sister, Enza; 11 grandchildren, Mia, Gigi, Sterling, Gennavecia, Peppino,
Angel, Benedetta, Simona, Giada, Juliet and Baby Primavera due any day; and nieces and nephews.
