He is survived by his wife Shirley, children, Ronald McKinney and Chloe of Delaware, Randall McKinney and Rena of Idaho, Suzanne L. Carr of Fresno and 5 grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and his sisters Norma Badzik and Shirley McKinney both of Oregon.
A memorial service will be held at The Bridge Evangelical Free Church, Monday, October 17, 2011 at 11:00 am.
