Raymond is survived by his wife, Irma Franck; his daughter Clarice McPherson (Kenneth McPherson); and his son Alfred Valdez (Angela Valdez); his sister Patricia Graham.

A funeral service will occur Friday, October 22, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Whitehurst Sullivan Burns & Blair Funeral Home, 836 E. Nees Ave., Fresno, CA 93720. An interment will occur Friday, October 22, 2021 at 11:30 AM at Fresno Memorial Gardens, 175 S Cornelia Ave, Fresno, CA 93706.
