Robert Leroy Smith, 81, of Fresno passed away on July 9, 2015. He was an Assistant Engineer for Fresno County - Public Works.
Memorial Services will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at 11:00 a.m.
