Sheila is survived by her spouse, Joseph Tobin; son David Tobin; son Tony Tobin; and daughter-in-law Jennifer Tobin; granddaughter Naomi Tobin and granddaughter Sophia Tobin.
A funeral service for Sheila will be held Monday, February 12, 2018 at 11:00 am at Temple Beth Israel, 6622 North Maroa, Fresno, CA 93704. Interment to follow at Beth Israel Cemetery, 1701 W Belmont Ave, Fresno, California 93728.
