Stanley Isamu Nakagawa passed away on January 14, 2026 at the age of 72 after a battle with cancer. He was born on April 3, 1953 in Fresno, California.
Stanley is survived by his wife, Wendy, his children, Rebecca and Eric, his mother, Barbara Nakagawa, and his sisters, JoAnn Heizenrader and Carol Alarcon. He is preceded in death by his father, Sam Nakagawa, and his sister, Julie Nomura. Stanley had a 32 year career in public works engineering with the County of Fresno before retiring in 2011. He loved golfing, fishing, and the San Francisco Giants.
A Memorial Service will be held at Classic Catering at 625 on Sunday, February 8, 2026 at 11:00 am, 625 4th Street Clovis, California.
