Stephanie was born in Sultana, CA to Stephen and Mary Budrovich. She spent her summers working with her three sisters on her father's grape ranch.
After graduating from California State University, Fresno, Stephanie became a grade school teacher for 40 years at West Park Elementary in west Fresno. She eventually retired as principal. In retirement, she loved spending time with Richard, her husband of 46 years, traveling to Europe, Reno and Las Vegas many times. She also enjoyed dancing with her beloved Richard, doing crosswords and entertaining her family and sisters' families.
Stephanie was preceded in death by her husband, Richard; her son, Thomas; and sisters, Helen, Kathy and Mary Anne.
She is survived by her son, Stephen Timsak and his wife Carny of Carmel Valley, CA; grandsons, Jefferey, Evan and Erik Timsak; and her granddaughter, Jennifer Timsak.
Visitation will be held at Whitehurst, Sullivan, Burns & Blair Funeral Home on Sunday, May 11, 2014 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. followed by Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 4:00 p.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church on Monday, May 12, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Peter's Cemetery.
