He is survived by his spouse, Mary Ramos; his daughter, Regina Maxwell; his sons, Tomas Ramos III and Marty Ramos; his grandsons, Ruben Rios, Trey Maxwell, Tomas Ramos IV, DeAndre Maxwell, Daniel Ramos, and Malachi Ramos; his granddaughters, Hanah Maxwell, Nadia Ramos, and Bailey Ramos; his great grandson, Manny Rios; his son-in-law, Howard Maxwell; his daughter-in-law, Cristina Aguilera Ramos; his sister, Mary Jane Lozano; and his brothers, Ramiro Ramos and Ramon (Rick) Ramos.

He was preceded in death by his father, Tomas N. Ramos; his mother, Mary De Jesus Ramos; his sister, Dora Jordan; his brothers, Joe Medina and Ruben Ramos.

A Recitation of the Rosary will be held at The Shrine Of Saint Therese, 855 E Floradora Ave, Fresno, CA 93728, US, on May 26, 2026, at 11:00 am, followed by a Funeral Mass at The Shrine Of Saint Therese, 855 East Floradora Avenue, Fresno, CA 93728, US, on May 26, 2026, at 11:30 am.
