Velma was preceded in death by her parents, Dan and Katherine Leibee; her grandson, Scott McKay; and her nephew, David White.
Velma is survived by her husband, Robert Weber; her sister, Audrey White and husband Dale; daughter, Pam McKay and husband Jim; son, Bob Weber and his wife Susan; grandchildren, Brian McKay, and Cassidy Weber; and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at Stephens & Bean Chapel on Sunday, November 15, 2015, from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.
A Graveside Service will be held at Belmont Memorial Park on Monday, November 16, 2015, at 11:00 a.m.
