Vito Grieco

Vito Grieco was born on September 18th 1932 in Fresno California to Luigi and Teresa Grieco. He grew up in west Fresno with his 5 brothers and 2 sisters. He married the love of his life, Josephine Schempre.They knew each other since childhood and they were married 64 years.

Vito proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He had a passion for sports and coached many years of Pop Warner football and little league baseball. He was also a Fresno State Bulldog fan and enjoyed going to the games with family and friends.

Vito is survived by his four children, David, Michael, Kari and Tommy, his ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Joshphine and they are now reunited in heaven.
