He is survived by his loving wife, Gemma Herbert, Son, Jonathan Powell, Step Daughter
Beth McGaw (Steve), Step Son, Ronald Herbert, Jr., Brothers, Lawrence Powell (Heather), Dale Powell, Sisters, Deidre Price (Don) and Jennifer Lane and his many nieces and nephews. He is preceded by his father, Paul B Powell, Jr and his mother Gwendoline Hampton Powell.
He attended Hillcrest High School and graduated from U.T. Dallas. He worked as an Oil & Gas Accountant for many years and retired from Harvest Petroleum as a Controller. Paul lived in the Community of Frisco Lakes where he enjoyed playing Bocce, Bingo, Dancing and attending Pot luck Dinners with his many friend and neighbors.
He will be missed by all.
