Son; Gerald and wife Mary Phillips of Frisco, TX. Grandson; Ken and wife Jennifer Phillips of Southlake, TX. Granddaughter; Amy and husband Joe Mazziotta of Fort Worth, TX. Great-grandchildren; Elizabeth, Hannah, and Zach Phillips of Southlake, TX. Visitation will be held at Stonebriar Funeral Home, Frisco, TX Sunday May 21, 2017 from 3-5pm. Graveside services at Red Oak Cemetery on Monday May 22, 2017 at 2pm.
