Donald Peter Kriss

A funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, October 25, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Turner-Robertshaw Funeral Home.

Mr. Kriss was born on November 28, 1936 in Danbury, CT the son of the late Peter and Julie Kriss. He served his country in the U. S. Air Force from 1955 to 1959, was a Washington, DC Police Officer for 19 years, a member of the Fraternal Order of Police, and a Magistrate in Warren County from 1986 until his retirement.

He is survived by his son, Ronald Kriss and wife Marianna of Coconut Creek, FL; his daughter, Barbara Frazier and husband Roosevelt of Front Royal; his sister, Sharon Kriss of Danbury, CT; his four grandchildren; and his one great-grandchild.

In addition to his parents Mr. Kriss was preceded in death by his wife Johanna Kriss in 2008.

The family will receive friends on Friday, October 24, 2014 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
