A funeral service will be conducted on Sunday, October 30, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Turner-Robertshaw Funeral Home with Pastor Jim William officiating. Burial will be private.
Danny was born in Warren County on February 2, 1949, the son of Evelyn Wines Hickerson and the late Elmer Daniel Hickerson, Sr. He was a self-employed painter. He attended school in Rappahannock County.
In addition to his mother, Danny is survived by his wife of 49 years, Mary Dixon Hickerson; his son, Gregory Daniel Hickerson and wife Angela of Luray; his daughter, Dannette Hickerson Williams and husband Michael Ray of Chester Gap; and his grandchildren, David Michael Williams and Abigail Grace Hickerson.
