Irvin Richard Crabbe Jr.

A memorial service will be conducted on Sunday, September 14, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. at Turner-Robertshaw Funeral Home with Reverend Leland Stone officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00 p.m.

Pete was born in Harrisonburg on July 7, 1963 a son of Irvin Richard and Mary Miller Crabbe, Sr. He was an electrician with Tower Davis. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, golf and bird watching. He played high school football for Warren County High School and was an avid Redskins fan. His greatest pleasure was being with his family and friends.

In addition to his parents, Pete is survived by his fiancé, Darlene Burke and her 4 sons and her 7 grandchildren; his daughter, Stephanie Crabbe of Germany; his sister, Tina Page of Manassas; his paternal grandmother, Janet Crabbe; his nephew, Sean Page; his niece, Heather Page; his great nephews, Grayson Page and Luke Peters; his great niece, Alyssa Page; and numerous aunt and uncles.

Pete was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Mary and James Miller and his paternal grandfather Donald Crabbe; and his brother-in-law Paul C. Page.
