Lawrence Edmond Braun Jr.

A Celebration of Life will be conducted on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Living Waters Christian Fellowship, 4137 Cedar Creek Grade, Winchester, VA 22602.

Larry was born in Pittsburgh, PA on December 6, 1941 a son of the late Lawrence Edmond Braun, Sr. and Josephine Schoen Braun. He worked in the coal mines of Pennsylvania for many years, was a non-denominational Pastor who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a member of the Winchester Coin Club. He had a longstanding desire to go prospecting for gold that he was not able to fulfill. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, great-great-grandfather and brother.

Larry is survived by his wife of 50 years, Naoma (Hair) Braun; his sons, Rodney Braun, Irvin Walker and Ernest Walker; his daughter, Cynthia Walker Hollenden; his sisters, Lorraine Bridges and Joanne Howe; his ten grandchildren; and a host of great and great-great-grandchildren.
