Tom Niles Scoggin

A funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, March 16, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. at Green Valley Baptist Church, 8292 Winchester Road, Front Royal with Pastor Tim Kirchoff officiating.

Tom was born in Waterloo, Iowa on July 21, 1943 to Bertha Eastman Scoggin of Buffalo, MO and the late Robert Scoggin. He was an avid birdwatcher, and enjoyed watching the Nationals and Redskins games with his wife.

Mr. Scoggin leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife of 49 ½ years Diana Scoggins; his sons, John Robert Scoggin and wife Jamie of South Riding and Tom Niles Scoggin, Jr., and wife Kerry of Leesburg; his brothers Gary Scoggin of DuBuque, IA and Kenny Scoggin of St. Louis, MO; his sister, Barbara Scoggin of Buffalo, MO; and his nine grandchildren, Anthony, Joseph, Tom, Cole, Danielle, Miranda, Berkley, Jenna, and Pierce.
