

January 19, 1948.
After graduation from Moriarty, New Mexico High School, Barry chose a career that he loved. He
became a respected and sought-after machinist and business owner. He cherished the friendships over
many years with the people in which he did business with.
In 1982, Barry married the love of his life, Judy, and together, they built a life filled with love and
laughter. Always by each other’s side they weathered many storms and enjoyed 41 years of sun filled
days.
He was an outdoor enthusiast, In his younger years he loved to hunt and fish, and now tending to his
garden and yard. Indoors, he was an avid Broncos and Rockies fan. His barbeque skills were legendary.
Predeceased by his mother Margery and granddaughter Rachelle. Barry’s legacy is carried on by his
father Melvin, his loving wife, Judy; his daughter Lori & grandson Duane (Tatiana) & greatgrandchildren
Levi ,Jaythan, Abigail; Son John (Jennifer) & grandson Andrew; his great grandchild Rylee; his brother
Michael (Trisha), sister Debbie (David); sisters Nancy and Bo. His sister-in-law Joan (Gene) along with
numerous nieces and nephews and his special cousin Roger.
In honor of Barry’s wishes, there will be no formal service held. He instead would like everyone to
celebrate life and remember the special memories you shared with him.
Barry will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing and loving him.
