Carl Albert Johnson, 57, of Loveland, passed away on January 25, 2009 at McKee Medical Center Hospice Unit in Loveland.He was born on November 21, 1951 in Denver, CO, to Carl H. and Amelia (Powell) Johnson. He married Joyce Losey and they had 38 wonderful years together. He was employed by SuperVac in Loveland. He was preceded in death by a sister, Sally Dunn. He is survived by his wife, Joyce Johnson of Loveland; daughters, Erica (Geary) Smith of Peoria, Ill, and Kara Johnson of Loveland; sisters, Carolyn Forbes of Loveland, Janet (Fred) Zietz of Lakewood, and Marianne Andrews of Silt, CO; brother-in-law, Tim Dunn of Littleton; and a grandson, Ethan Smith.A memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday at Resthaven Funeral Home with a reception to follow.
