Caroline Marie Roth

Caroline Marie (Brehon) Roth, 67, of Riverside, CA formerly of Greeley and Fort Collins passed away on April 29, 2009 after a long battle with amyloidosis.Caroline was born in Greeley on September 18, 1941 at the Weld County Community Hospital to Victor and Clara (Hoff) Brehon.Caroline is survived by her husband Norman of Riverside, her father Victor Brehon of Greeley, son Lynn Roth of Phoenix, AZ, daughter Colleen and husband Bob Kowalczyky of Santa Clarita, CA, four brothers Jim & Joan Brehon of Red Feathers, Mike & Joan Brehon of Greeley, Stan & Kathy Brehon of Kersey, and David Brehon of Pueblo, five grandchildren and six great grandchildren, and special aunt to several nieces and nephews. Caroline married Norman Roth on Oct 9, 1960 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Greeley. They later moved to Fort Collins and then to California to be with their children and grandchildren.Caroline was a member of the Magnolia Presbyterian Church of Riverside, CA.Caroline worked for Dutton Motor Co and retired after 23 yrs. She then went to work part time for Dr. Jennings and was still working for him prior to her death.Carol(as was called by her family) will always be remembered for her smile, and her love for everyone she knew. Her biggest joy was spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.Caroline was preceded in death by her mother Clara Brehon.Funeral services will be Wednesday May 6, 2009, 1:00pm at Resthaven Funeral Home, 8426 S Highway 287, Fort Collins with burial to follow.In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Norman Roth, c/o The Caroline Roth Memorial Fund, 2860 Loyola St, Riverside, CA 92503, to be donated to Caroline's favorite charities.
