Kitty, as she was known to family and friends, was born in Carbondale, PA on March 23, 1918 to the late Cyprian Zukowski and Antonia Jackovitz. She is predeceased by her husband Harold Lattimore as well as her three brothers, Edmund, Joseph and Chester Zukowski. Kitty and her family were longtime residents of Newton and Sussex County, NJ.
Kitty is survived by her children, Harold Lattimore, Jr. (Shirley) of McDonough, GA, Kathy Stangel of Fort Collins, CO, and sister Marion Kowalczyk of Honesdale, PA. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Keri Lattimore (Harry King), Erin Ware (Rob), Julia Wells (Bill), Leah Stangel, and five great grandchildren. Kitty enjoyed a career in women’s fashion, which manifested itself in her every day dress. She will be remembered for her amazing style in everything she did and for her love of dancing.
