Deb C. Stith, 66, passed away July 2, 2025, as the result of injuries sustained in a fall near Chasm Lake in the foreground of Long's Peak in Rocky Mountain National Park. Retired since October 2024, she spent much time outdoors working in the yard, skiing and hiking. She hadn't yet settled into a retirement regime, but was having lots of fun with her discretionary time and experimenting with how to spend her days in a manner that maximized enjoyment of life. Travel was going to be a big part of her future life experiences.
Deb was born in Edgerton, Wisconsin. She was a 1977 valedictorian graduate of Cambridge (Wisconsin) High School. After earning a B.S. degree in chemical engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1982, she joined Eastman Kodak Company in Rochester, NY. In 1992, Kodak transferred her to the Kodak Colorado Division (KCD) plant in Windsor. She worked at that site for Kodak and Carestream Health until October 2009. She finished her career in positions with Hach, CSL Plasma and Waterpik/Church & Dwight.
Deb is survived by husband, Craig in Colorado; siblings, Kelly and Craig, both in Wisconsin; half-sister, Kerry in Illinois; and stepfather, Micheal and his wife, Sharon, also in Wisconsin.
