The sun rose on October 8th, 1944, when Norbert, Grace, and the world welcomed Dennis; a day the world became brighter.
Dennis battled to the very end, much like he did for his entire family. Now at peace, he joins Cathy, his beloved wife, in the heavens above – where they walk hand-in-hand once more. Dennis lived with and was surrounded by his immediate family for the past 3 years of his life; he was the rock and backbone of the Himler family. Dennis was a loving and caring husband, selfless and generous father, gentle-hearted grandfather, and compassionate brother who lived his life to the fullest. He will be FOREVER LOVED and FOREVER REMEMBERED.
He is survived by his two sons, Paul and Eric; two daughters-in-law, Tracy and Cagney; and five grandchildren, Ashlyn, Preston, Morgan, Karli, and Kaley.
At his request, no services will take place, but we sincerely appreciate your love and support during this difficult time.
