Doris Sophia Owen, 87, of Fort Collins passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2009. Doris was born on November 17, 1921 in Chicago, IL to Joseph and Anna (Langvinitus) Zilias. She graduated from San Francisco State University. Doris worked for the State of Illinois as a Social Worker for 15 years. She was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church.Doris was preceded in death by her parents and son, Larry. She is survived by daughter, Carol (Richard) Drago of Fort Collins; grandchildren, Rick (Rachel) Drago, and Kristin (Russ) Baca; great-grandchildren Clayton, Carter and Carson.Funeral services are scheduled at 10:30 a.m. Monday, April 20, 2009, at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel.
