I went to Jamestown High School with Kevin. We were in the same 
Homeroom all three years.  Then Jamestown Community College. We'd sometimes carpool and had some common classes. After his shift at 7-11 ended he'd sometimes stop by and keep me company while I baked at Mister Donut. I always considered him a good friend and over the years often wondered where he was and how he was doing. I'm glad he had a family and was happy. I'm sorry and sad he died so young.

So.. Its with a heavy heart that I write this... We knew him as Capron. On a game called wow. He was our friend... Our hero. And we loved him as family. I'm forever grateful for the opportunity to have met him in person. Oh how he will be missed. He knew me as nirf and my husband as vasp or zalithin or tav. We will miss you dearly friend. Family. Forever may you rest easy. I was and am a better person for knowing you.

As so many others have said, Kevin was a joy to work with and a truly friendly, warm person. He and I worked together on several projects and he was always diligent, professional, and fun to be around.

He is and will be sorely missed. My condolences to his family and friends. The world was a better place with him in it.

Kevin was such an amazing person to work with.  He always remembered me on Burrito Thursday.   He always made me smile even through all of the hard situations that happened in my life this past year.  Always stopping in my office to ask I how I was doing and  always remembered my kiddos and Grandmother before she passed away.  Kevin was such a kind, considerate person.   My heart is heavy as I think about not seeing his smiling face at work.  I'm praying for peace and comfort for the entire Johnson family.  

Kevin was such a nice person.  He will be sorely missed  by all of us who had the honor of working with him.  May the Lord comfort the family.

Kevin was a special guy and he always made me feel special when I came to Fort Collins for work.     I enjoyed his humor and he was amazingly brilliant, a true asset to our project in so many ways.  Rest easy, my friend.  Praying for your family.

Kevin's smile lit up a room!  I enjoyed exchanging sarcastic remarks with him.   He was a developer supporting many GSA initiatives through the years.  I can't remember when I first met him and it feels like I always knew him.  Kevin - I will miss you but will smile with every memory of you! Rest in peace, my friend.

I was lucky enough to work with Kevin for a number of years and I'll always remember his smile and light-hearted demeanor.  He could turn anything into a joke and get you to smile.  He turned tough or stressful situations into something positive without trying.  My deepest condolences to the Johnson family.  Kevin, keep that smile on, buddy.

 Kevin was a wonderful person who brought smiles to many faces!  We worked together for several years.  I could always count on him for his expertise and wisdom; not to mention his fun stories and his quick wit. Those were memorable times to cherish.  Prayers for Kevin and his beautiful family!

My prayers for Kevin. I have not worked with Kevin and not talked extensively with him all these years, however, we greeted each other with a smile every time we met and his winning smile will be missed. May God give his family and us all strength to miss him.

It was sad to hear of the passing of Kevin. I enjoyed working with Kevin because he was very intelligent, talented and witty.  We sat near each other at USDA and became friends.  Kevin was always steady and consistent when times were stressful and he always seemed to find a solution to the problem. I enjoyed sharing stories with Kevin and getting the latest news  on his family. Kevin always helped me out on the Social and Caring committee and I really appreciated that about him. I'm going to miss Kevin. I was privileged to work with him. One of my earliest interactions with Kevin was complaining about the readability of a web form and his response was to make the form as garishly colorful as possible, repeatedly stopping at my desk to ask if it was better. He was always ready with a joke and a smile, and I'm going to miss his presence. Rest easy, Kevin.

Kevin...I don't believe this. He is a very good and kind hearted person, I will miss his mean(funny) words..his jokes and support in the work. Learnt how to be calm under pressure and handle sarcasm that can work. I thought I would get to see him...really feeling so sad...and will miss him. Rest in Peace Kevin...and I am sorry for the family for his loss.

Kevin was a great IT Pro.  More importantly, he always brought some humor into situations that were many times very stressful. His talents were vast.  He always worked every problem until he found the solution.  We have lost a very important part of our team, and a wonderful individual.  He is very much missed.

I am so sorry and sad to hear of the passing of Kevin.  I want his family to know how much I enjoyed working with Kevin over the years. The last years of my work at USDA we became closer friends as others began retiring and we were left to keep the project running. Kevin was always cool and calm under pressure. Nothing ever seemed to phase him. He was very intelligent. When a crisis would occur Kevin was always there to find a solution and take care of the situation. I enjoyed visiting with Kevin and getting updates on his family. Kevin and I would alternate getting breakfast burritos every Thursday from Cafe Mexicali for employees at work which was a real morale booster. Kevin will always have a special place in my heart. I will remember him with great fondness.

I was devastated to hear the news of Kevin's passing.   While I was only an acquaintance at USDA, I really enjoyed working with him and our morning conversations.   Kevin was such a nice and pure of heart person.   He always made everyone feel good with his jokes at the office.  
Please accept my sincere and heartfelt condolences, he will be missed.

I think the thing I'll miss the most about Kevin is that mischievous glint in his eye when he dryly trolled people around the office. He was a good developer, a great mentor, and a delight to work with. You'll be missed greatly, Kevin. Rest in peace, brother.
