Margaret L. Devlin (“Maggi”), 84, of Fort Collins, Colorado passed away February 2, 2024. She was born November 3, 1939 in Denver, Colorado to Willard and Marjorie Miller. She attended and graduated from North High School in Denver, Colorado. She attended CSU for a couple of years. Maggi was a lifeguard and very active in swimming during College. On June 22, 1973, she married Donald P. Devlin in Loveland, Colorado. They were married for 39 years.
Maggi worked as a bookkeeper at an accounting firm for a few years and then became a full-time stay-at-home mom. Maggi enjoyed traveling and was able to see many different countries and cities. She loved to play bridge and had a regular group of friends/clubs that she met with. She enjoyed reading, gardening, and various activities. One of her passions was knitting and crocheting. You could always find her watching the Broncos or the Rockies – she loved sports.
Most of all, she loved her family. Maggi is survived by her sister, Karen Miller, her daughters, Brenda Devlin and Susan (Tim) (Timmie) (Sammi) (Rosalie) (Carson) (Morgan Fine) Dinkel, stepsons, Mike Devlin, Patrick (Lynn) Devlin, Jerald (Fatemeh) Devlin, Matthew (Kim) Devlin, Stephen (LeaAnn) Devlin, daughter-in-law, Janet Devlin, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Willard and Marjorie Miller, her husband, Donald P. Devlin, her stepson, James Devlin, her grandson, Cody Dinkel, and step-grandson, Scott Devlin.
A visitation will be held Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at 12:00 noon, with the service to follow at 1:00 p.m. at Allnutt Funeral Service – Drake Chapel, 650 West Drake Road, Fort Collins, CO 80526. Interment will take place at Resthaven Memory Gardens in Fort Collins with a reception to follow. Memorial contributions may be made to Children’s Hospital of Denver in care of Allnutt Funeral Service, 650 W. Drake Road, Fort Collins, Colorado 80526.
