She was born March 2, 1933 to Everett and Verda Allen.
Nadine was a resident of Loveland, Colorado from 1967 to 2014. She lived in Loveland and Fort Collins before moving to her hometown, Garden City, Kansas.
Nadine was a member of the Veterans Ladies Auxiliary in Loveland.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Earl Bliss; and sister, Barbara Percival.
She is survived by her two sons, Nicholas (Wendy) Bliss of Greeley; Jeff Bliss of Tennessee; daughter, Tammy Armijo of Denver; brother, Curtis Allen of Arkansas; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation 9:00 am – 7:00 pm, Tuesday at Resthaven Funeral Home. Funeral service 2:00 pm, Wednesday at Resthaven Funeral Home. Interment Resthaven Memory Gardens.
