Phyllis H. Smith, passed away on January 6, 2022. She was born on August 29, 1926 to Harold and Edith Hume. She was the devoted wife of 38 years to the late Glen Smith. She was the beloved mother of Brad (Shirley) Smith, Terri Ryan, Scott Smith and the late Craig Smith.
She was the proud grandmother of Scott Smith, Stacy (Daniel) Webb, Amy (Travis) Kulp, Zach Ryan, Erica Ryan, Cassandra Smith, Treat Smith, Taryn Smith, Carter Smith and the late Kimberly Smith.
Great-grandmother of Eli Smith, Beckham Smith, Avery Webb, Anna Webb, Melody Webb, Anneliese Kulp, Peter Kulp, Dominic Ryan and Krystal Monroe.
Preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Edith; her siblings, Harold Lloyd Hume, Floyd Hume, Jack Hume, Mary Jo Burson, and Ganell Hume.
Visitation at Allnutt Funeral Home, 650 W. Drake Rd., Fort Collins, CO on Friday, January 14, 2022 from 12pm until 1pm. Family and friends will meet directly at Sunset Memorial Gardens, 3400 W 28th St, Greeley, CO 80634, for 2pm Graveside Service.
