Shirley was born on February 2, 1931 in Indiana to Jess Shirey and Geraldine (Miller) Shirey.
Shirley is predeceased by her husband, Thomas Harold Burke, Sr., two granddaughters, Krystal Preziosio Burke and Hailey Walter, and a great-grandson, Riley Santos.
Shirley left behind her three children, Thomas, Jackie, and Steve, as well as 20 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
Shirley was a very loving and caring mother and grandma who would do anything for anyone, that's how much she cared about others.
A service will be held at Good Shepherd Church in Loveland, Colorado on August 2, 2023 at 10:00 AM, followed by interment at Grandview Cemetery in Fort Collins, Colorado at 1:00 PM.
