Vivian Martindale, 79, of Fort Collins passed away on November 9, 2008 at the Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland. She was born on September 28, 1929 in Wishek, North Dakota to Adolph and Anna (Springer) Krein. On April 3, 1959, she married Bill Martindale in Denver, CO. They moved to Fort Collins in 1980. She worked in the banking and the health care industries. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church. Vivian loved to read.She is survived by her husband, Bill of Fort Collins; a son, Terry E. Martindale of San Diego, CA; a daughter, Diana (John) Underwood of Thornton, CO; two brothers, one sister and 5 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.Visitation will be held 5:00 â?? 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Resthaven Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 14, 2008 at Resthaven Funeral Home. Interment Resthaven Memory Gardens.
