Cheryl Lynn Peterson

Peterson, Cheryl, of Placentia, nee Cheryl Lynn Penner, passed away on April 22nd, 2012, following a sudden massive stroke. Cheryl was, for the past year, a devoted stay at home mother after working for 13 years at the L.C. Penner Company as office manager. She was born on November 28, 1967 in Garden Grove, Ca., and is the daughter of Marilyn Penner of Fullerton, and the late Lyle Penner. Cheryl is survived by her devoted husband of eight years, Greg Peterson, and her much hoped for and much loved son Jacob Peterson. Also survived by twin sister Carol Harmon of Placentia, brothers Scott Penner of Alta Loma, Bill Penner of Fullerton, Jon Penner of Fullerton, Tom Penner of La Mirada, James Penner of Puerto Rico, as well as numerous and close Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews. In addition to family members, Cheryl leaves behind countless friends who will greatly miss their sweet and faithful friend. Cheryls beautiful smile, infectious laughter, loving personality and strong Christian faith will be remembered by all who knew her. A viewing will be held on Wednesday, April 25, from 5:00 " 8:00 p.m. at McAulay & Wallace Mortuary located at 902 N. Harbor Blvd. in Fullerton. The service will be held on Thursday, April 26, at EV Free Church of Fullerton, located at 2801 Brea Blvd., at 7:00 p.m. in the main sanctuary.
