This is Grandpa Becker when he came and visited us in Montana. He bought the hat that he is wearing in downtown Bozeman. ❤️❤️

Dale was my friend for almost fifty years. He was a true gentleman in the best sense of the word. He was a patriot, and proudly served our country in the United States Air Force from its inception.
Sadly, I didn’t see him as much over the last few years of his life as I wanted. However, there was a nearby Chinese restaurant that he enjoyed, so I would take him to lunch there about once a month. I know that he relished our conversations as much as the food.
Sadly, men like Dale are few and far between today. Both the world, and I, will miss him.

I have good memories from our grandpa coming to visit us in Montana. He walked downtown and bought that hat for his time  in Montana. In this picture my dad is teaching grandpa to fish. You are missed grandpa, love you. Tiffany

Our dad  recently sent me this, he loved the air force, I’m so proud of him to receive this award. A very nice letter was attached praising my dad for his excellent work.  I will miss his care packages of family pictures starting with his childhood. My sister Jackie and I hope to meet some of you at dad’s memorial.  Christine

I miss baking for you and sending you care packages. I miss your voice and I miss hearing you say “I love you honey, take care Chris”. YOU ARE DEEPLY MISSED 😘

I am one of Dale’s granddaughters(Christines daughter) this trip to California was very special. Grandpa Dale met me, my husband and our first son at his house. We had such a nice visit with him at his home. Grandpa Dale was very loved by his daughters Christine and Jackie.

We were saddened to learn that our long time neighbor, Dale Becker, died this past week.  His home is hidden from our view so we didn't see him often, but when we did we  greeted each other with a friendly smile and wave. We will miss those brief but endearing greetings that bring neighbors together.  

You will be forever remembered, Dale.

I was blessed and honored to know Dale Becker. Initially he was my parent’s neighbor. They shared a driveway between the two houses. As you could image, this could be good or bad depending upon the relationship with your neighbor. But I watched them work together over the years. They fixed the driveway, had to discuss landscaping issues and more. Both Dale and my parents were always putting the other person first. They treated each other with love and with an abundance of kindness. This rolled into watching out for each other with soup when they were sick etc. Dale was the best neighbor in the world. Then I decided to apply for a sales position at his direct mail business. It took him over 6 months to hire me. I’m not sure why but I think part of the reason was his concern it may jeopardize his relationship with his neighbors, my parents. Well fast forward and I worked for Dale for at least 20 years.  He was an extremely fair boss and always looked out for his employees best interests. He worked there for many years even after he should have retired and he spoke often of the obligation he felt to keep the company running because so many families depend on his employment. Dale is one of the “good guys” that are hard to find. His positive impact he had on my entire family will always be a treasured memory. Dale may you RIP.
