

Ernest Keith Moore Passed away in his sleep on November 24th 2012, after 88 amazing years. He succumbed to an Aggressive cancer that took him in less than two weeks . Just a few weeks ago he was hiking at altitude in Durango, Co. At his side were his wife Christel B. ,his three sons, Larry, Richard , Victor, along with many grandchildren and extended family. Ernest Keith Moore (Keith) left his North Carolina home early to work the Newport News shipyard, where his gift in electronics was discovered. He was recruited by the government to develop special weapons, including a trip to the Bikini Atoll Nuclear Testing sights. He moved his little family to Hawaii, and later back to Torrance, and then Settling in Fullerton, Ca. for 36 year career with Hughes as a renowned Engineer. When you use a wireless connection on your computer, you can think of Keith. His wife Ruth of 55 years passed in 2002,and then met Christel B. at a local grieving group at the Fullerton Senior Center. They were married within a year and enjoyed Life to the fullest, becoming a common site on the Trieloff/Gadabout tours. They were members of the senior walking group, enjoyed weekly Bridge, but there favorite was the Korean Exercise Group, that met every morning (6 days a week) at the Clark Regional Park where they were the officials "foreigners" forever, where they were blessed by seven Ministers. They enjoyed daily happy hour in the back yard, evening walks under the setting sun and full moon in many different countries. Services to celebrate a man, who made a difference in every life he touched ,in a positive loving and kind way... ...are scheduled for 1 PM, Monday Dec. 3 at McAulay & Wallace Mortuary, Fullerton.
